What a crazy year 2020 has been!
Holy cow 2020 has been a wild ride!
While the holidays won’t be the same as usual with distancing and keeping safe. I hope that you all have a safe and happy holiday and enjoy some new traditions. I will also miss visiting with family and friends but am grateful to be safe and I am going to enjoy the down time doing some reading and other things that get pushed to the side when life is busy.
Holiday Hours: I’ll be checking in occasionally and if there is a 911 let me know. Site maintenance and backups will continue as always. I’ll be back to work full time on Jan 4th.
In lieu of cards this year I gave to various charities as always. This years recipients were Toasty Toes – Guelph, Guelph Food Bank, Baby Bat Sanctuary - rescue, Wild Heart Ranch – rescue, Canadian Chinchilla Rescue, and the Internet Archive/Wayback Machine. Shout out if you would like more info on any of these good folks.
For those of you who have your website hosted with AM Graphix, I have recently upgraded my hosting package but of course I remain hosted at Abivia Hosting. This gives me more room for those of you with larger sites and gives me additional development space. Abivia is Canadian hosting running on green energy but with regular power backup if required. Abivia and I hate spam with a passion. Recently they have been working on expanding the standard spam rules that these tricksters work around. You can read more about it here if you are interested. This is an automatic and no extra cost upgrade if you host and have your email with me.
